Growing up immersed in the world of supply chain through my parents' careers, I developed a deep appreciation for strategic thinking, effective leadership, and impactful problem-solving. Following my father’s path, I earned an engineering degree and immediately entered Corporate America, joining a Fortune 100 company leading a large team. Over the next 15 years, I strategically built a career spanning the food and beverage, FMCG/CPG, and tech industries, holding roles in operations, logistics, and high-level leadership, including managing performance and shaping strategy.
Not only did I thrive in Corporate America, but I truly learned how to navigate the complexities of the corporate landscape with integrity. I achieved 14 promotions in 14 years, led countless strategic hiring decisions, mentored and developed high-potential talent, and managed performance with fairness and clarity. But what truly defined my journey wasn’t just climbing the corporate ladder — it was leading and developing people that truly fueled me and my career.
